Robert J. Nagy, 75, died on Tuesday October 2, 2012 at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital – New Brunswick. Robert was born in New Brunswick and resided for most of his life in Spotswood and Helmetta.
Robert was a graduate of South River High School and attended Rutgers University. He was employed by the Weldotron Corporation, in Piscataway, as an MIS Director for 25 years and was later employed by the Dayton Auto Group until his retirement. Robert was an avid fan of the NY Giants and the NY Yankees. He also enjoyed fishing and crabbing.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Karen Nagy, two daughters: Kerryann Holster and her husband Richard of Jamesburg, Coleen Richter of Spotswood, a step-son Robert Yannick of Apex, NC, a sister Rosemary Berlew of Springhill, FL, and two grandchildren: Brittany and Brian Richter both of Spotswood.
Visitation will be held on Thursday October 4th from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home – 205 Rhode Hall Rd – Monroe Twp. A graveside service will be held on Friday October 5th at 11:30 am from Holy Cross Burial Park and Mausoleum.
