Michael Kotlarchick, 88, of Jamesburg, died on Sunday April 1, 2018 at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center in Plainsboro. Michael was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He briefly lived in Monmouth Junction before moving to Jamesburg 50 years ago. He was employed at McGraw-Hill in Hightstown for 28 years until his retirement in 1991. He was a dedicated employee, never missing a day of work for his entire career. Michael loved wolves. He also enjoyed woodworking, gardening, collecting stamps and watching Westerns on TV. One of his greatest joys was playing with his grandkids. He was a parishioner of Nativity of Our Lord RC Church in Monroe Twp.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents: Michael and Mary (Kowalko) Kotlarchick, four brothers: John Kotlarchick, Charles Kotlarchick, Walter Kotlarchick and Joseph Kotlarchick and one sister, Helen Pozda.
He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine (Anstett) Kotlarchick of 53 years of Jamesburg, one son, Michael G. Kotlarchick of Nampa, Idaho, three daughters: Diane Kotlarchick of Jamesburg, Linda Rubin and her husband Paul of Atco and Pauline Amabile and her husband Vincent of Jamesburg, one brother, Andrew Kotlarchick of Wilkes-Barre, PA, three grandchildren: Vincent and Anthony Amabile and Mikey Kotlarchick and five grand puppies: Mikayla, Keara, Kiya, Jenna and Coco. Also surviving are many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be 8:30am-9:30am on Thursday April 5, 2018 at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home - 205 Rhode Hall Rd. Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 - 732-521-0555. Funeral services will begin at 9:45am on Thursday from the funeral home. A funeral liturgy will be 10:30am at Nativity of Our Lord RC Church - 185 Applegarth Rd., Monroe Twp., NJ 08831 followed by interment in Holy Cross Burial Park - South Brunswick.
